    A Summary of the Ferrero Company's Article Ferrero has always been committed to fighting against child labour. Suppliers are contractually required to comply with Ferrero's Code of Business Conduct. In cases of child labour reported, contracts are automatically terminated and the case reported to authorities.

    Ferrero is struggling to address concerns that hazelnut farms where it sources hazelnuts for its chocolate products may use child labour. Ferrero acknowledges the problem of child labour in Turkey's agricultural sector and said they are "determined to prevent and eliminate child labour". Ferrero aims to make hazelnuts 100% traceable by 2020.
