    Most ancient Egypt fashion, no matter the gender was always loose, fashionable and comfortable. But i guess they needed that as they were always in the hot desert 24/7. The egyptians needed some kind of material which wouldn't bug them in the day and night and which allowed the person to stay comfortable in the hot climate. Most ancient Egyptian fashion costumes usually included a kilt which came just to their knees.
