    The Waco Electro Tic-Tac-Toe is a simple game, is a game that uses lamps inside the game to show the different places were the players have chosen. The game was more manual than it was electronic. The only apsect that it is electronic, is the different colored lights inside of it that changes when a tile was pushed into a different postion. Also, the players had to keep track of the score on the machine by sliding a piece.
