    A German tactic designed to disorganize and discombobulate the enemy by vehicles and concentrated firearms. This type of warfare was developed to cause more damage than that of previous battles. This weakened Poland enough for Germany to invade.

    Nazi forces led by Adolf Hitler were sent to take control of Poland, thus weakening and dividing it's powers. Hitler's pact with Stalin agreed on the condition that if he invaded Poland he would have soviet assistance. France and Great Britain who supported Poland with military powers declared war on Germany, starting World War Two.

    360 Japanese airplanes attacked a military base in Pearl Harbor, Harbor. The U.S.A tried to isolate themselves from conflict in Europe and Japanese aggression. Many troops were killed and the United States Congress declared war on Japan the next day.

    American, British, and Canadian troops stormed the beaches of Normandy. The Allied forces began to liberate Europe from German power. The following spring after taking back Europe, Germany was defeated by the Allies.

    German troops attempt to desist the Allies in the Ardennes Mountains in an ambush like fashion. Adolf Hitler attempts to split the Allied armies in Europe by means of blitzkrieg. German forces later lost many resources and were outmatched by the Allies, leaving the conflict at a temporary draw.

    American marines invade the island of Iwo Jima guarded by Japanese forces. Troops were in need of a base near the Japanese coast. This changed the Japanese defense tactics inland and the U.S. was able to conquer the island.

    A final attempt to defeat Japan by invading the Ryukyu islands. Ear in Europe was coming to an end and American forces were still taking control of Japan's islands. Both sides suffered heavy casualties, thus weakening the forces of Japan to the Allied favor.
