    After reading the files she decides to visit the family to look for more information

  • Erin reads about the Jenens' against PG & E case

    After reading the files she decides to visit the family to look for more information

  • Erin obtains important files in the Regional Water Board

  • She starts finding evidence with Ed's support

    She takes samples of water and dead animals from places near PG & E factory. Altough she receives threats, she continues her intestigation.

  • Erin starts a deeper investigation

    She finds out that water is contaminated by PG & E and that people are suffering the consequences. Dr Frankel from UCLA helps her.

  • The demand is accepted by the judge

    The causes of action against PG & E are upheld

  • Erin is helped by Charles Embri

    He is an ex employee of PG & E who keeps precice records of every document that demonstrates PG & E responsabilities for the damages caused.

  • The judge finds PG & E guilty

    Thanks to all her work PG & E has to pay 333 million dollars for the damages caused.

  • Erin persuades 134 locals to support the case

    Erin and Ed visit every person who has been affected by the Chromiun.
