It was Madison's 1st Birthday, and all our family came to celebrate with us. It's been a tough year since she was born, and immediately given up for adoption. The mom hadn't planned on giving her up, but when she born we were given the phone call. It took time for Madison to warm up to us, and trust our love and affection for her. Stage 1: Trust vs. Mistrust She overcame fear and found love through us her adoptive parents. -
School has not been one of Madison's strong traits. She enjoys learnings but struggles with math and science. She loves art class, her teacher's, classmates and recess, but has trouble with numbers. On the other hand, she is a strong dancer, and spends four days a week training. It has brought her joy despite finding her way as a child through life. Stage 4: Industry vs. Inferiority The crisis was to find success dancing rather than focusing on school she wasn't confident in. -
We are so proud of our little girl, she has found someone who adores her to no end. We could not be happier to celebrate her wedding day. They didn't choose to get married lightly, as they've been together going on 6 years, they have similar goals, up bringing's and values and are incredibly compatible. Stage 6: Intimacy vs Isolation The crisis was to find a safe and loving relationship to commit to outside of her family.
