       Platforms like Coursera and edX launched broadly to the public and free. The courses also allows learners to get a head start on college courses and earn degrees faster.

    Platforms like Duolingo and Quizlet gain popularity from the methods of educating school teachers and students. The platforms can make flashcards and other educational methods to better prepare students in more ways then one.

    LMS platforms like Moodle, Canvas (launched 2013), Blackboard expanded. These platforms happen to be very flexible and adapting especially for student learning.

    Onwards google expeditions launched in 2016. This was a very beneficial thing before being discontinued. It allowed things like VR to make a difference by having field trips or showcasing fun experiences virtually.

      Educational apps on smartphones and tablets become widespread. Apps like Quizlet would be the biggest one, it gives off the whole study app vibe and allows students to access it anytime and anywhere.

    Onwards platforms like Edmodo and Duolingo enhance personalized learning. These apps help students to understand communication and language on a level to where it is fun and engaging.

     Global initiatives to improve even access to EdTech. This app in particular helped to learn and teach with support. Personalized learning experiences and many other tools all help to make the app and learning better.
