For years Dave has dreamed of meeting Miss Angelyne, a woman of legend with billboards all over LA. She embodies the perfect woman to him. Finally she agrees to meet him and comes to his house. He finds out at thsi time that the woman is completely batty, albeit beautiful.

Dave has become a very heavy drug addict by now. Despite this, he manages to get a solo record deal and decides that now is the time to get clean so that his record can be the best it can be.

Its in October that Dave meets Adria, an exotic beauty that he falls for almost immediately. They date on and off for a while, and spend time together constantly. She brings pot back into his life, and he falls in love with her. Dave is getting very paranoid about his home and Adria. The cops are called to his house after he scares off some workmen with a shotgun, but he gets off without any charges. There are peopel over at Dave's less and less these days.

Dave overdoses. It's not fatal but he's seriously shaken. He starts to think that his house has too much negative energy and that he should go live with Adria.

The excessive drugs are ruining Dave's life. He's starting to collect cuckoo clocks, and spends hours a day on his computer. He's becoming very sick and his relationship with Adria is falling apart. He is almost arrested again as well.

Dave has lessened his drug intake but his liver is failing as a result of his previous excessivity. He has broken up with Adria.

After being removed as a producer for the Jane's Addiction documentary, Dave checks himself into rehab and intends to follow it through this time.

Dave has completed rehab, but he starts using again as soon as he gets home. It only goes downhill from there. He steadily gets worse, lying to everyone in his life. By the end of the month he checks himself into rehab yet again, and successfully completes it.

Dave reflects on everythign that happened and admits that he regrets most of it. He thinks that his life is happy now.

Dave has moved out of his old home, and has married Carmen Electra. He has completed his solo album and the Jane's Addiction documentary. He's completely clean now, and is addicted to the gym, eating well, being sober, being a husband, and his bands. He is head over heels for his wife, Carmen, and his life is completely changed.
