First we barried the items, then I record the weather and say which I think will do the best, then we dig up the items and record what happened. -
Problem
What ar the ddecmposition rates. -
Hypothesis
I think that the apple will decompose the most because it comes from nature and rots easily. I give the apple 90%, the cotton 75%, the sun chips bag 20%, the regular chips bag 5%, the news paper 7%, the foil 3%, the orange 85%, the styrophome cup 2%. -
Materials and Equipment
We used wooden stakes, shovels, tape, reebar, and a hammer. We barried an apple, some cotton, a sun chips bag, a regular chip bag, a news paper, some foil, an orange, and a styrophome cup. -
Item for the Week
The apple should do pretty good because they seem to rot fast. It will decompose about 90%. -

At first I thought it would decompose about 90 %.I say the appl decomposed about 95% in the end. -
