    These were based around the concept of pincers but instead of the standard design, the end was in the shape of a crocodiles head and when closed formed a long cylindrical tube lined with small sharp iron teeth. After being heated red hot it was clamped down on an erect penis and once tight enough it was ripped from the body, leaving severe bleeding and mutilation.
