This meeting in Annapolis, Maryland, was held to discuss issues of Interstate Trade. 12 delegates from New York, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Delaware, and virginia all met. They were calling for a convention held by Alexander Hamilton to discuss the weakness of the Articles of Confederation. This helped with the making of the constitution. -
