    In 1714 Henry Mill got the first patent for a typewriter. He claimed his machine was so exact that there would be no way to counterfit it. His machine made deep imprints on a piece of paper.

    In 1832 Samuel Morse made a way to send messages through a form of beeps. He used the alphabet to send messages through the telegram using his system. The army also used to use Morse code.
