    This Amendment made it possible for all of the men and women equal for their rights. This Amendment stated that every person had the right to vote. Every person here in the United States has a right to vote.
  • Brown v. Board of Education

    Brown v. Board of Education
    This made kids with colored skin be able to go to college for free if they got the right education that they wanted to get. All of the colleges that the students went to will be able to get a bunch of money and that will help their education.
  • Voting Rights Act.

    This allowed every person to be able to vote.
  • Emmit Till

    Emmit Till was accused of flirting with a white female, but back then it was against the law to flirt with a white female. The females parents suddenly found out, and the father of the women went out and took Emmit Till to the lake and the father shot him in the head. Emmit Till's mother then found out, so they had a funeral for him with an open casket.

    This event was all about Rosa Parks getting arrested for not giving a black person her seat when she was supposed to. All because Rosa Parks did not give up her seat there was a huge arguement on the bus.
