The Brown v. Board of Education is an event in Civil Rights Movement because this case held so the african american kids can go to the same schools as white americans. THis event was held to desegregated schools so everyone can have the same education. -
Montgomery bus boycott
African american people started boycotting for the Civil Rights. They all statrted walking then using buses to travel. This boycott lasted about a year till the government desegregated the bus so african american people can sit anywhere they want. -
March on Washington
The March on Washington was a event in the Civil Rights Movement. 250,000 people listen to speeches in Washington D.C. Martin Lurther King gave his famous speeche I had a dream at hte March which led to Civil Right for everyone.
