-Was passed into law in 1225.
-The law saying no freeman can be punished except through the law is a right that still exists.
-Was forced onto the King of England in order to protect privilages and limit the King's powers. -
John Locke: Concerning Civil Government
-Written by philospher John Locke.
-Locke sparked the idea that people have the right to change their rulers and government.
-Locke also said that man is to be free from authorit and superior power. -
