    Smashed father's Subaru window because father would not take her to get more alcohol. Father called me in order to have me pick her up.
    Cherie came to NJ to live with me again.
  • Cherie found drunk in home

    After returning from work I found Cherie drunk with a 24 case of beer and a pint of vodka. She did not open the door so i went to my father's house to stay. He told me that he would come up with me to see if he could get me in the house to grab some items. She woke up violently and started beating my father and me and ripped her clothes off and ran outside naked. Police were summoned and a restraining order placed on Cherie. She called the next day to inform of her pregnancy/charges dropped

  • Several incidents with alcohol and prescriptions spanning sept-dec.

    Cherie learned (from rehab) about the ability to use prescriptions to simulate street drugs and scammed several doctors to get several prescriptions which were dangerous to children who were breast fed. Cherie continued to breast feed during this and never revealed her intent to breastfeed to the doctors for fear of not getting the prescriptions.

  • Started keeping a record of prescriptions she kept hidden from me

    Paroxetine (Paxil 10mg)-Found on 12/30/06 – bottle of it…highly addictive -50 percent of patients experienced adverse withdrawals from the drug.
    Rozerem-Found 12/30/06 – partial bottle - Do not take this medication without first talking to your doctor if you are breast-feeding a baby.

    Found several pills hidden in a bag in the closet…in 2 pill bottles filled 12/22/06 and 1/3/07 both with mixed pills in them from Dr. Wiswesser, George A. with the following contents…
    -temazepam (Restoril) (When she would take a large amount of this drug, she would slur when speaking and stumble as if drunk.)
    -22 Seroquel 25mg (antipsychotic)
    -2 MIRTAZAPINE 15 MG (antidepressant)

    A facilitated family intervention was held to determine a course of progress for Cherie to see her on the path to sobriety. She relapsed after going to James's house. Cherie called me in order to tell me that James was feeding her alcohol on purpose to get her to sleep with him and wanted me to take the letter i had written with her in order to change her living plan to stay away from James. She relapsed the next day and the letter was mute because she was no longer with him after that

    on the phone, She gave him a detailed description of her addiction, saying," sometimes, it's the only thing that make me happy" to which he replied,"I don't make you happy? why can't you just think of me whenever you don't feel happy and then you won't drink yuky stuff?" She then told him that he would be the one to help her get better. From that moment, he felt it was his dutty to help her and felt he failed her when she relapsed.he cried at night saying he had to be with her to stop her.

Out of compassion, as it was mother's day weekend, he was allowed to go under Jame's supervision. *Next day, James called to apologize for bringing her over in that state saying "Julian was upstairs...and she had been downstairs for a while. I went down there and she was taking nudes and sending 'em to some guy instead of being with Julian."

    That night they left our home after 10:00pm and would have arrived at James's in harrisburg, no earlier than 10:30pm *After arriving at James's, they had a fight. According to Julian who witnessed it all, "They were just fighting really loud and James left to go to the police, but Mom begged him not to and he came back...then he said we had to leave [in the middle of the night] and we went to grandma's house [in Elizabethtown]."

Also revealed that she did have a relationship with the guy in the Salvation Army.
