At the beginning of the story they made fun of walter's because he didn't have any food t eat. Scout was rubbing Walter's face in the dirt but then Jem told scout to stop. Scout didn’t want to stop but jem kept telling her to stop. Until she stopped and let Walter stand up. -
Chapter 3
After Scout rubbed Walters nose on dirt ,Jem told 09Scout to stop and then he invited Walter to have 09 with them. Walter1969 said yes. At the dinner Walter was eating good but Calpurnia and Atticus didn’t want to eat on the same table as the Cunningham. Atticus and Calpurnia called Scout to the kitchen to tell her they didn’t want to eat on the same table but Scout told them that if they didn’t want to eat on the same table they could eat in the kitchen and they did. -
Chapter 3
Another important event was when everyone was at school and Miss Caroline was about to take role and she got scared because she saw a cootie on Burris Ewell. She told Burris Ewell to go home and wash his hair because she didn’t want any of her other students to get them. When he was about to leave he told the Miss Caroline “Ain’t no snot-nosed slut of a schoolteacher ever born c’n make me do nothing” and then the teacher started crying. -
Chapter 3
Another event was when scout was telling Atticus she did not want to go to school anymore. She wanted Atticus to show her what he knows. Atticus told her it was illegal for her not to go to school. Scout did not want to go to school because she saw how Ewell never went to chill. Burris Ewell was a kid who never went to school and was never marked absent. He didn’t go to school because they where members of an exclusive society made up of Ewells. -
Chapter 3
A final event was when Burris Ewell made miss Caroline cry. He made her cry right before he left home because the teacher told him to go wash his hair. He told her he won’t come back. When the teacher started crying all the other student surrounded her and confort her so she will stop crying. After she stopped crying she continued with her class like every day.
