After having a sobbing, crying, beaten up Eilidh on his door step Jared made sure she was settled in the flat before leaving to confront Mike. Mike ended up in St. Mungo's... although, so did Jared for fractured knuckles and a fractured cheekbone from a hit that Mike had gotten in.

He accompanied her to her vault as he was a Cursebreaker there and didn't want to see her homeless - when he could help. She then treated him to dinner at the diner she worked in.
