    Benito's parents died. Brigida Garcia was his mother's name and his father’s name was Marcelino Juarez. Brigida had died during childbirth and Marcelino died of complications due to diabetes. They both died when Benito was three years old.

    Benito Juarez was finally able to come back to Mexico. Once he got back, shortly afterword, he was elected President of Mexico. There were many problems facing him at the time. For example, the new congress did not trust Juarez, and accusations were still upon Benito.

    Benito Pablo Juarez Garcia died. He died at the age of sixty-six. He passed away due to a heart attack and he was buried in the Pantheon of San Fernando, Mexico City.
