Bella is born into a litter of 8 puppies. Her bialogical mother is a black lab and her biological father is a chocolate lab. There are 3 chocolate labs and 5 yellow labs in this litter.

Bella slept in this tote not for very long! She yelpt and cried until mommy came and took her to the bedroom, where she now sleeps reguraly. She missed her brothers and sisters until she finaly got accustomed to her new home.

We see Bella for the first time! Mommy instantly picks her out from all the rest. She is the tiniest and doesnt like to jump and play like the rest. She is quiet, and so we pick her.

Bella eats her first meal! It consists of Purina Dog Chow soaked and heated in milk. It makes her bloated, and the next day when we visit the vet we find out that she has a weak stomach. For 1 month after that we feed her baby food.

Bella played alot today! She had to sniff every last thing!

Bella climbs through the fence to the neighbors yard and meets her new best friend Maggie. Maggie is a 8 yearold yellow lab. She was happy to "share" a couple of her toys with Bella. This was the first day that they met< but ot is very day they are still best friends! The picture is of Bella with her "bunny" that Maggie gave her.

yes... Bella plays in the laundry. So much infact that she fell asleep in it.

Bella makes her first round of our property! (with help) She goes all the way from the pond, to the back of our nature preserve/backyard.

After working on it for a half an hour Bella "sits" for Daddy!

Bella meets my 4h project for the first time! They are red new zealand bunnies named Paprika, Ginger, Nutmeg, and Cinamon.

Bella breaks her foot after chasing a tennis ball. She gets a cast from doc Allen, and after 2 months, she heals. The cast rubbed her leg raw in places and she has scars where the fur never grew back.

Even though her foot is still healing Bella enjoys her first christmas! With many toys and treats and things from her whole family!

On this trip to doctor Allens, Bella got her...
Rabies, Distemper, Parainfluenza, Adenovirus, Canine Borditella, Coronavirus, and Parovirus shots. She doesnt need them for another 2 years. -
Bella was registered as dog lisense #4855, for 14 dollars @ the county auditors office.
