The Wright Brothers have their 1st successful flight and patent their blueprints. They go on to mass produce their early planes and flying goes from impossible to a realistic dream. -
World War 1
World War 1 begins and nations start using blimps and zepplins as war machines. They were used to bomb cities, survellance, and intimidate the enemy. -
World War 2
Planes were now able to carry large amount of bombs. They would use these instead of the blimps because the bombers were much faster andmore intimidating by their large size and loud noise. -
Jet Age
The mid 40's was the start of the Jet Age it was very important to Aviation everywhere when they were developed. It made it so planes could fly farther and much more efficient. Thus more airlines could have intercontinental flights -
2nd Jet Age
The A380 brought an entirely new level of class and comfort to flying. It is considered by many as the 2nd Jet Age and can hold twice as many as normal commercial planes. It is equiped with many luxuaries such as showers, beds, and even full service bars in the plane.
