Audrey Hepburn would die quietly in her sleep on January 20th, 1993. In her life she was awarded many awards and many different honors. Her two sons are still alive and healthy and are successful men in their careers. The form of cancer she died from belonged to a group called pseudomyxoma peritonei. It would start in her appendix and not form a tumor but a thin coating over her intestines. She would spend her last christmas with her family that year.
