    The first draft of the constitution was started on Augest 6th 1787 and the final draft was completed and accepted september 17th 1787

    The Louisiana purchase was a major factor in this because it was what started the availibity for people to move west and also gave the U.S full controll of New Orleans port and control of mississippi river

    Battle of Gettysburg was a major battle during the Civil war and was the turning point for the war.

    Was a tariff that would not allow states to trade with certain countries. And this was how the us got divided between the Union and the Confederacy.

    The Homestead act. It gave people living in the west the oppertunity to move west and purchase up to 160 acres of land at a small price as long as they agrred to build and live on the land for a certain period of time

    America relized that they were well proteced by the Pacific and Atlantic Ocean. They started to develop and strong army and navy to add to there protection

    Pearl Harbor. Japanese planes made there way to Americas navels base in Pearl Harbor, HI. This event made America even more engaged in WWII. In 1939 the the Great Depression stated to come to a end when millions of Americans were put into service and into work to make supplies for the Amry

    America dropped the atomic bomb on Hiroshima

    Rosa Parks took the brave choice to start the bus boycott.
  • Globalization and Techknology

    The Y2K scare happened. While computers were a major part in everyday life and was such a big inpact in the world, many people thought that on January 1st 2000, all computers would crash everyday life would become the the life that people loved before computers and be shut of everybody necesities
