    The 14th amendment grants citizenship to people born or naturalized in the US. No state shall make laws that hinder the privileges of a US citizen nor can a state deprive someone of life, liberty or property without due process of law. No position of public office can be held if the person had engaged in a rebellion or given aid to the enemy.

    The right to vote cannot be denied for a persons race, color or previous servitude. Congress can enforce this with proper legislation.

    Congress has the power to collect taxes on income without regard to census enumeration.

    The senators of each state shall be elected every 6 years by the people of the state. Each senator has one vote. If a vacancy opens an emergency election is to be called.

    The right to vote cannot be denied based on sex.

    The presidential term shall end at noon on the 20th of January. Senators and representative terms shall end on the 3rd day of January at noon. Congress must assemble at least once a year. If the current president dies then the vice president must take office.

    18th amendment repealed. The transportation of intoxicating liquors into states, territories or possession is prohibited.
