Jews were the primary victims six million of them died including those that were homosexuals, Jehovah's witnesses, soviet prisoners of war they were some killed in concentration camps and in extermination camps. -

The Germans were desperate for someone to turn around its economy making it better and restore their national pride. Hitler offered them hope In 1934 was claimed as the leader and became the dictator for Germany. -
1934: Marie's blindness (The Novel)
Marie lives in Paris with father in a locksmith of the Museum of Natural History. Sadly Marie was blind by cataracts which was a medical condition in her eye. Her father helps her cope with blindness by buying her Jules Verne adventure novel written in braille which is a form for blind people. He built a wooden replica of the neighborhood so she can learn to navigate herself. While Werner discovers a broken radio trying to fix it his fate was to go to a Nazi school in Schulpforta. -
Fascism (Historical)
Economic turmoil that was left behind world war I some countries were taken by dictators who formed powerful governments. The first fascist government was in Spain by Franco. These dictators wanted to expand their empires and begin to look for new land. It was invaded in 1935 Adolf Hitler emulate Mussolini in him to take over Germany. -
WW2 Train (Historical)
There was a train were a lot of people would get put in to be sent to camps or where ever they had to be sent. Most of the family would be separated from their families and some would say that they would get trick that the German soldiers where going to take them to a good place but they would lie and kill them. -
1940: Avoiding The War (The Novel)
Marie and her father settle in her uncles house. Something they have learned is that Germans are occupying France which she struggles understanding that situation. Werner is going to the Nazi school he wanted to go to but he is scared that it will make him brutal and is rigid and harsh there. Werner makes a friend named Frederick who sticks with him and a Nazi sergeant named Reinhold Von Rumpel that goes to look for gems but then changes his mind to find the legendary diamond. -
Europe (Historical)
Poland was defeated by a combination of Germans and soviet forces and was between the Nazi Germany and soviet union. Fighting followed the defeat of Poland end in April 3, 1940 when German forces invaded Norway and Denmark. -
1941: No Justice served (The novel)
After a long days of school Werner goes home with Frederick Berlin Werner found out Frederick lives in a luxury which Werner has never seen one in his life it was a good experience for him. Instead of having good days there he found it troubling. When they both returned to school in the middle of the night they get waked up to throw a bucket of cold water to a prisoner to die freezing slowly. Later Marie found out her dad not arriving in Paris which shut her. No sign of him for now. -
Gas Chamber (Historical)
The gas chamber was the largest room to fit a lot of Jews inside in Crematorium at Auschwitz. The room was originally used as a mortuary but was converted in 1941 into a gas chamber the room were Jews were put to die. -
1942: Silence The Enemy (The Novel)
A soldier who's name is Neumann One takes Werner from the Nazi school to Russia in a train. Once he arrived there he thought about it and knew Volkheimer was the new unit. Werner is trying to locate to find and kill rebel broadcasters. Marie's uncle made his way to a false door so he can use the ratio and they have found out broadcasting songs was a huge risk to do it. -
The Ghetto walls (Historical)
German authorities begin to deport Jews from Lodz ghetto to the chelmno concentration camp. -
America (The world)
The war in the pacific ocean was not going well with America losing to Guam, Hong Kong, Wake, Singapore, and the Philippines the US then turned around with major offences and re-supplied at midway and the coral sea. -
Air Conditioning (The world)
1000 workers complete the air conditioning system which most would agree back then would come in handy those who lived in the cold would use it to get warm and those who lived more and on the hot sunny days would want cold air. The good thing is those who had a lot of money can get one faster then those who really did not make much so it would be a little harder for the lower people then the higher ones. -
1944: Track And Execute The Plan (The novel)
Werner goes back to France to locate the radio broadcast it came from Marie's uncles house. After some tests Werner was able to track down the radio broadcast from certain noises he has heard before. When Werner was doing some scanning he picked up a signal leading to the house of Marie's uncles house. Von had few weeks to live and Marie was informed allied troops were coming she then meets Von Rumpel and from there locks herself up in the grotto. Her uncle went to look for her. -

Paris, France 1944 (The Novel)
Marie-Laure that is 16 years old who is blind and alone in her uncles house. Werner is the soldier in the German army that has orders to stay with at a hotel named Saint-Malo hotel that was called "the hotel of bees" where Germans set up given orders from his leader. Allied bombers came by Saint-Malo and drop many bombs of them. The alarm siren went off and Marie and Werner prepared for it both split up and went there separate ways to hide which was a little risky for her -
1944: Stay In The Enemies Shadow (The Novel)
Continuing when Saint-Malo was hit by bombs the place Werner went to go hide which was in a basement was hit by a bomb. Werner was knocked out and injured his head and had lost his hearing for a while. Luckily his fellow soldier partners were still alive while Marie had notice as well she had to take cover only hope was to navigate her self with knowledge of the house to take shelter. Other things were impacted which buildings were falling apart people were getting hurt some were dead. -
1944: Change of Plans (The novel)
Von Rumpel found out were Marie's uncle lives after the bombing has stopped he went for the abandoned city go to her uncles house. They were trapped underneath the hotel Werner was trying to find a way out of there one only way was to throw a grenades but that will kill them him and his friend they tried fixing the radio to communicate. Marie was busy doing her thing looking if there was food or anything good which she did and found a safe place to eat someone enters the house. -
1944: Running From Danger (The Novel)
Marie heard some one coming in her uncles house her the same noise Von Rumpel limp so she was suspecting it was him. So she decided to go hide in the wardrobe where the sergeant would not find it. She made her way to the attic so she wont be seen or noise but she was so hungry she wanted to open a can of food. Von Rumpel sees wooden model of Saint-Malo and is thinking the diamond is hidden inside sadly Bernd dies and his last words were about his beloved father. -
1944: In Need Of Help Cant Fool The Enemy Much Longer (The Novel)
Marie as she continued to do something like make a noise so whoever is actually in the house could think is outside so she can open her can up. For Von Rumpel is becoming a little hard for him since he is sick and goes down the stairs to investigate who is home while she makes her way to the attic to get water. After being there she broadcast herself on the radio so someone will here her and help her Which Werner did hear her but could not help at all from there the broadcast ends. -

The US Air Force dropped two atomic bombs on the Japanese cities of Hiroshima and Nagasaki. They caused hundreds of thousands of civilians casualties and were shortly surrendered and was the first and only time atomic bombs were used. -

which was for Electronic Numerical Integrator And Computers which built by J. Presper Eckert and John Mauchley for the US government during ww2 which most can say that it was for many things that had to do with electricity to power things and computers where it will come in handing making them those who work in the military base would be easier for them to communicate and work will be better.
