    The spirit of St. Louis was flown by Charles Lindbergh. He took off in Roosevelt field in New York intending to cross the Atlantic Ocean.

    Charles Lindbergh landed the spirit of St. Louis at Le Beourget field near Paris. He had flown 3,600 miles across the Atlantic Ocean.

    F.D.R. was elected in 1931 and stayed in office for 16 years. He led the United States through the Great Depression. He also was the President during World War II.

    The TVA was created by Congress to develop recources in the Tennessee Valley area. Many structures were built in the making of this corporation.

    The CCC was an corporation that hired the unemployed for work towards public gain. They conserved natural resources by doing various tasks and building various structures.
