What: light skinned, white male with short dark hair with some gray in it. Clean shaven, about 5'10" tall and approximatly 165 lbs. He was last seen wearing jeans and a t-shirt without facial hair, with no jewlery and in his mid 30's.

Who: Suspect Michael Neal Harvey, CMPD, Valerie Hamilton's body.
What: Valerie Hamilton's body is found at the Mini-Storage Center. CMPD is on the lookout for a 1996 White Chevy Blazer with NC tag ZXE-1756. Michael Neal Harvey has a warrant for his arrest for murder and auto-theft.
When: At 1:00 a.m.
Where: Mini-Storage Center at 4500 Monroe Road -

Who: FBI, U.S. Marshalls, CMPD, V-CAT, DEA, Suspect, and Secret Service.
What: FBI and U.S. Marshalls arrested Michael Neal Harvey. They are still looking for the 1996 White Chevy Blazer.

What: The preliminary results of Valerie Hamilton's body shows that there was no physical signs of trauma or struggle. They are sending off a sexual examination kit, and a toxicology examination. She was found to have been using drugs.

What: Warrant seized bedding/linens, clothing, laptop computer, cigarette butts, credit cards, ID, scrunchie, napkins, camera, receipts, baggies, stun gun, cards pouch, white powder, straws and paperwork.
When: Detectives visited Hamilton's apartment on September 17.
Where: Hamilton's apartment at 7824 Arboretum Drive, Apt. 206 in Charlotte. -
Michael Harvey's house 1:05 p.m.
Who: Detectives, Police
What: According to the warrant, phone records indicate the last number which called Hamilton's phone was one that belonged to Harvey. The call was made on September 15 at 2:38 a.m. and, again, at 2:39 a.m. The first called lasted 11 seconds and the second call lasted six seconds.
When: Warrant was served on September 18, 2010
Where: Harvey's house at 401 East 15th Street in Charlotte. -
Mini-Storage Unit 68 1:05 p.m.
Who: Police and Detectives
What: Warrant seized swabs, 2 locks, cigarette butts, air fresheners, 2 Starbucks brand coffee bottles, pull string from light, rope from door, cigarette package and a bolt nut.
When: Warrant was served on September the 18th, 2010.
Where: At 4500 Monroe Road in Charlotte. -
Harvey's Apperance in court
Who: Michael Neal Harvey
What: Harvey was brought to Charlotte late Tuesday night in order to appear in court. At the hearing, Harvey was read all of the charges against him and was appointed an attorney; however, the he said very little during his 6 minute appearance in the courtroom. His bond was set at $65,000 on non-murder charges and will most likely be updated following another court appearance Oct. 18.
