  • Boston Massacre

    This event was basically a street fight between the citizens and the British soldiers. This fight ended when five of the citizens were killed by British soldiers.
  • Boston Tea Party

    This event was when the Americans stormed Boston Habor and went on ships and dumped chests of tea that was taxed into the Habor. The Americans were in costums of Native Americans.
  • Battle of Lexington & Concord

    Battle of Lexington & Concord
    The first shots of this war were at Lexington in this war the British lost and the Americans won.
  • Battle of Bunker Hill

    Battle of Bunker Hill
    This battle was part of the American Revolution it had 2,400 British soldiers and 1,500 American soldiers.
  • Declaration of Independence Signing

    This was when the congress agreed on making the colonies there own individual country. By signing this document they declared their independence.
  • Battle of New York

    Battle of New York
    George Washington ended up winning the battle and defeating the British. George Washington lost 5,000 soldiers do to many reasons death, being wounded and being captured.
  • Battle of Trenton

    Battle of Trenton
    This battle took place in Trenton, New Jersey around the Delaware river. In this battle the Americans won.
  • Battle of Princeton

    Battle of Princeton
    In this war George Washington's troops beat the British troops. Also in this war there were 8,000 British who fought and 7,000 Americans that fought in the war.
  • Battle of Saratoga

    Battle of Saratoga
    The winners of this war were the Americans. This battle ended on October 7 1777.
  • Valley Forge

    During the time when George Washington's soldiers were at Valley Forge they got very sick and didn't get to eat very good. There was a sickness that went through the camp and it was called Small Pox.
  • Battle of Yorktown

    This battle started on September 28, 1781 and finished on October 19, 1781. In this battle the French and the Americans fought the British. The French and the Americans won this battle.
  • Treaty of Paris

    This document was signed on the night of September 3, 1783.
