    Thousands of people immediatly opposed a proposal called SOPA and started to protest. Its purpose was to try and censor the internet. Many big name websites such as Wikipedia and Reddit also protested by shutting down their website.Google also started a petition to stop this proposal and in the end they were succesful, SOPA is no longer being proposed.

    New york Times Florence Green died February 4, 2012 and was the last known living veteran from WW1. Although she did not see any action she served in the embryonic Royal Air Force. Even at an old age she still had vivid memories of going in the planes even though she was afraid to fly. After serving time she married Walter Green and were married for 50 years.

Many people say that this encourages racial profiling and discrimination. Barack Obama released a statement saying no american should live in a cloud of suspicion due to their appearance.

    James Holmes went to a midnight screening of the movie Batman and proceeded to kill 12 people and injur 58 others. He was apprehended outside the theater and police soon searched his home. It was soon found out that his home had been booby trapped and rigged with explosives.

This amendement states it is legal for people over the age of 21 to posses and use cannabis for recreational purposes.
