Thus, this information led the US government to begin researching and developing atomic energy. The project resulted in the creation of two atomic bombs that were later used as weapons. -

This war was fought between North Korea and South Korea. The conflict began on June 25, 1950 when North Korea invaded South Korea. -

Dwight Eisenhower is the 34th president of the United States. He also served as a Supreme Commander. He commanded the Allied invasion of Europe at Normandy. This attack led to the defeat of Germany. Eisenhower served as president from 1953-1961.
