    Germany Violates Treaty of Versailles
    On March 7, 1936, Hitler was convinced that the western states had no intention of using force to maintain the Treaty of Versailles so he sent troops into Rhineland and took over this area even though it was demilitarized.

    On September 15, 1938, Hitler demanded that Germany be given the Sudentenland, an area in northwestern Czech that was inhabited largely by Germans. In a hastily arranged conference in Munich British, French, Italian, and German representatives did not object to Hitler's demands but instead reached an agreemant that met all of Hitler's demands.

    On the night of November 9, 1938, when tensions were rising to lead up to WW2 anti-Jewish activity came to climax and in a destructive rampage against the Jews, Nazis burned synagogues and destroyed some seven thousand Jewish businesses. At least a hundred Jews were killed and thirty thousand Jewish males were rounded up and sent to concentration camps.

    On August 23, 1939, Germany and the Soviet Union signed the Nazi-Soviet Nonaggression Pact. In it, the two nations promised not to attack each other. To get the pact Hitler offered Stalin control of Eastern Poland and the Baltic States. Eventaully Hitler betrayed Stalin.

    The Battle of Britain
    Hitler realized that an amphibious invasion of Britain could be successful if they controlled the air. The German Air Force launched a major offensive. German planes bombed British air and naval bases, harbors, communication center, and war industries. The British fought back valiantly but they suffered major damage. To break morale the Germans attacked British cities but instead this gave British time to rebuild their military.

    On May 10, 1940 Germany began to invade Poland because they wanted more land for a perfect aryan race and civilzation however Great Britain and France did not want this they warned Hitler to back down his troops, but he ignored this.     On December 7, 1941, The Japanese due to the U.S. putting restrictions on international trade with them refusing them scrap metal and fuel needed for the production and fuel of warships bombed the entire Navy within 2 hours it was wiped out. 2000 American soldiers died and 1000 were injured. The next day The U.S. declared war on Japan

    On June 6, 1944, The Battle of Normandy began. Around 156,000 American, British, and Canadian troops landed on five beaches. This was the largest amphibious military assaults in history. By the end of August 1944 most of France had been freed due to the brave efforts of these soldiers. By the following Spring Germany had been driven back. This was the beginning of the end of the war in Europe

    On April 30, 1945 Hitler was trapped inside a bunker waiting for Ally troops to come and take him, but rather than being taken he shot himself committing suicide. 7 days later Germany surrendered officially to the allies essentially bringing an end to the war in Europe.

    On August, 6, 1945, The United States had just finished developing their new secret weapon called the atom bomb under the code name "Little Boy". This bomb knocked out 90% of the city and immediately killed 80,000 people, but more would die because of radiation. However becuase of their ideas of honor the Japanese refused to surrender and the war continued.

    On August 9, 1945, 3 days after the bombing of Hiroshima a new atomic bomb is to be dropped on Nagasaki this one called the "Fat Man" At 11:02 A.M. the bomb was dropped and released the equivalent of 22,000 tons of TNT causing devastating damage to Nagasaki that would last years into the future.     After seeing the goings on during WWII you can realize how much destruction was caused by one insane man. We must not fall to these tricks and schemes that people will pull over us. According to scripture In Daniel 11:21 it says In his place shall arise a contemptible person to whom royal majesty has not been given. He shall come in without warning and obtain the kingdom by flatteries. Now this is talking of the antichrist and contrary to popular belief Hitler was not the antichrist,(cont. next)
