    Why? Japan wanted to be an imperial power. Japan needed more recources.

    What? Germany took over much of Europe in the Blitzkrieg formation with planes, tanks, ect, along a narrow form.
    Why? Germany did not want a long war so they thought of the Blitzkrieg plan.
    Effects? Government evacuated to Britain, was unable to return to Poland after Red Army occupied it in 1944/5 and intalled a puppet communist government. They were defeated and jews were removed and killed

    What? Japenese planes invaded our most famous and strongest naval base on Dec 7th , a sunday morning while noone expected it.
    Why? The attack on Pearl Harbor was intended to neutralize the U.S. Pacific Fleet, Also so japan could advance at nutrelizing U.S. as they say.
    Effects? Destroyed our best naval base and the next day we declared war on Japan.

    Effects? Italyy devastated, Mussolini killed.

    Effects? The Japanese lost 120,000 troops in the defense of Okinawa, while the Americans suffered 12,500 dead and 35,000 wounded. Of the 36 Allied ships lost, most were destroyed by the 2,000 or so Japanese pilots who gave up their lives in kamikaze
