The Japanese Invasion of China (also call the Second Sino-Japanese War) was fought for the Japanese, in favor of taking control of China and Manchuria. The brutal Japanese army was no match for the Chinese army. This invasion brought interest from Germany and Russia, setting Japan up with an alliance.

1,500 German troops invade Poland along their border with Germany, as well as bombed Polish airfeilds and attack Polish boats with U-boats. Adolf Hitler claimed it was defensive measures but France and the United Kingdom didn't buy it. On September 3 both countries declared war on Germany.

Operation Barbossa was an invasion of North Cape. The Germans lost. This began the start of the Nazi defeat.

D-Day was a successful attempt to liberate Eastern Germany. This invasion took place off of the coast of France, in Normandy.

Operation Thunderclap was large bombs being dropped on Eastern Germany. This helped destroy German morale

This was the last and biggest of the Pacific Island battles. Both general died.
