  • Germany invades Poland

    Hitler sends his armies to invade poland. He aimed to take back the Polish corridor then all of Poland. Used the Blitzkrieg to weaken them then annexed parts within a day. Two days later Britain and France declared war on Germany and World War Two had begun

  • Invasion and Fall of France

    After the war started there was a period where nothing happened, then the Germans invaded France. Germany attacked to the north and south of the Maginot Line, a line of defense set up by France, while Italy attacked through the south. By June 14 1940 France had fallen and the Germans had Britain surrounded.
