    The holocaust was the mass genocide of Jewish individuals in Europe by the Nazi under Hitler. Hitler was in power and forcing the systematic murder of Jews in World War 2. There were concentration camps build to hold Jewish people that were found by the German Nazis. In these camps they were tortured and killed.
  • Pearl Harbor

    Pearl Harbor

    The pearl harbor attack happened at the U.S naval base in Hawaii. It was a surprise attack by the Japanese as retaliation for the United States sinking one of the Japanese's submarines. This strike lasted a total of 75 minutes.
  • Japanese Interment Camps

    Japanese Interment Camps

    Japanese Interment Camps created by the United States government for people of Japanese descent. These camps were a forced detention and confinement center for the Japanese during war. This racist movement was put into place because the Pearl harbor attack that happened prior.
  • Operation Torch

    Operation Torch

    Operation Torch was the allied invasion during World War 2 of French North America. This Invasions success allowed American armies gained their first major victory in world war 2. American forces teamed up with the British forces so Americans could have their chance to fight against Nazi Germany forces.

    D-Day or the Normandy Invasion was an invasion of the beaches in Normandy by the United States, Canada, and United Kingdom, etc. troops. This event is considered the largest invasion force in human history. This invasion created a turn of control for Nazi Germany.
