There were concentration camps build to hold Jewish people that were found by the German Nazis. In these camps they were tortured and killed. -
The pearl harbor attack happened at the U.S naval base in Hawaii. It was a surprise attack by the Japanese as retaliation for the United States sinking one of the Japanese's submarines. This strike lasted a total of 75 minutes. -

American forces teamed up with the British forces so Americans could have their chance to fight against Nazi Germany forces. -
D-Day or the Normandy Invasion was an invasion of the beaches in Normandy by the United States, Canada, and United Kingdom, etc. troops. This event is considered the largest invasion force in human history. This invasion created a turn of control for Nazi Germany.
