Born in Berlin, Prussia in the Prince Crown's Palace. He was born to Prince Frederick William of Prussia and Royal Princess Victoria as the first grandchild of Queen Victoria. Wilhelm was born with a Erb's palsy in his left arm, making his arm shorter than his right arm, he was capable of hiding it in his photos. He shared several traits with his grandmother Queen Victoria, such as wanting a powerful navy. He did not get along with his uncle, Edward VII.

William II was the Emperor of Germany and a fond friend of Archduke Franz Ferdinand. Wilhelm II entered the war when Franz Ferdinands was assasinated and Russia had begun to mobilize it's armies.

The signing of the Versailles Treaty marked Wilhelm's defeat and many believed he should have been treated as a War Criminal. Woodrow's ideals stated that Wilhelm II should have been pursued and tried as a War Criminal, but the Netheralnds would not allow it.
