Where It All Began

  • The Beginning

At first there was only Chaos, an unfathomable and violent force. From Chaos, Night and Erebus were born. Erebus was the representation of Death and Destruction.
  • Love

Love was born was born from Darkness and Death. With its creation order and beauty began to banish blind confusion.
  • Earth

Love and Day paired together to create Light. As it would only seem natural, Earth (Gaea) then came into existance, along with its high blue vaults; Heaven (Ouranos).
  • The Monsters

Three monsters were born from Father Heaven and Mother Earth. Each was extremely huge and strong but also had 100 hands and 50 heads. Shortly after those monsters 3 more were made. They were cyclops.
  • The Titans

Next came the titans. Each was as big and as strong as the monsters before them but they were not purely destructive. Some were even beneficial.
  • Cronus

Father Heaven disliked the 100 handed/50 headed monsters so he imprisoned them deep in Mother Earth leaving the cyclops and titans free. Mother Earth was upset with this and appealed to her other children for help. Cronus was the only one bold enough. He attacked and wounded his father but he didn't free his brothers out of sheer selfishness and greed. He then named himself Lord of the Universe
  • The Prophecy

There was a prophecy that said that one day one of Cronus's children would dethrone him. To stop this he ate every one of his children. His wife Rhea was upset with this and finally hid his last child and fed him a stone bundled in a blanket in disguise. This child grew up to be Zeus.
  • The War of Titans and the Gods

Zeus once grown up and with the help of Mother Earth freed his brothers and sisters from Cronus. He then waged a fearsome war against the Titans. With the help of his family he defeated and bound the Titans. All besides Prometheus who save himself by siding with Zeus.
  • Rebellion

Zeus was not completely victorious though. Earth bore her last child, Typhon, who attempted to overthrow Zeus. However, Zeus struck him down with thunder and lightning. Zeus also defeated the Giants during their rebellion, clearing the earth.
  • Mankind

Epimetheus (after thought) was tasked with helping his brother Prometheus pave the way for mankind. However, Epimetheus gave all the strong characteristics to animals such as feathers and flight, leaving little to be left for man. So Prometheus gave man a noble, upright shape and fire.
