The conestoga wagon was a covered wagon that was popularized during the late 1800's and early 1900's. It was very large so it could transport many large things and was a very convenient wagon to have and use. The Great Depression started during 1929 where stocks crashed and the US economy was at a all time low. Banks and businesses suffered.
