This week US History was about the 13 Colonies, Boston massacre, and the American Revolution. Having to read again about it and considering the multiple aspects of it such as societal, political and cultural.
    Understanding where USA is are coming from, and able to rethink about several steps of the Revolution.

    Nast describes the compromise with the South and North post the election taken place after US Civil War. Seeing the defeated soldier of the North, standing behind the Lady who represented the Union who was still mourning a soldier. The defeated soldier was shaking the proud revolutionist of the South; who had his right foot on the grave of a soldier who lost his life during the US Civil war, the tombstone displaying that soldier had died in a useless war.
