  • The Stamp Act

    This act made let the British Parliament tax the Americans on all legal papers, newspapers, books, and pamphlets.
  • The Boston massacre

    It was when the colonist threw snow ice and rocks at a redcoat who called for reinforcements and more redcoats arrived. When the redcoats came they pelted them with sticks and rocks and then the redcoats fired and 5 people were killed and 6 wounded.
  • The Boston tea party

    The Boston tea party was a protest against King George lll on the unfair taxes against the colonies.
  • The Intolerable Act

    This act close the doc until all the damage was replaced for the Boston tea party.
  • The battles of Lexington and Concord

    Paul Revere rode his horse to Lexington to warn the militia men that the British were coming. A battle broke out in Lexington and the British won. Then they kept marching and there was another battle in Concord. The americans won this one and it was the first battle of the Revolutionary war.

    The colonies built a dirt wall to protect themselves from the British they are winning the war but then run out of ammunition. This victory for the British was a costly battle, losing many men.
