    -Exercise regulary and mantain a stable weight
    --Get enough sleep
    -Avoid smoking and other illegal substances
    -Check up at least every 2 years
    -Dental exam every 6-12 months
    -Get the recommeneded immunizations
    -Find a primary care provider
    -Keep good hygiene
  • LIving your 30s

    LIving your 30s
    -Maintaing a healthy weight, to not develop chronic medical conditions
    -Healthy diet consisting of many vegetables, fruits , grains, non-fat dariy products.
    -Exercise at least 30-60 minutes
    -Sleep 6-8 hours
    -Avoid drugs
    -Reduce stress
    -Build muscle
    -Medical check 1-2 years
    -Dental exam 6-12 months
    -Recommended immunization
    -eye exam every 2 years
  • Living your 40s

    Living your 40s
    -Develop a healthy diet
    -Get enough sleep
    -Make a physical exam every 2 or 3 years
    -Dental exam every 6-12 months
    -Blood pressure screening every two years
    -Cholesterol screening every 5 years
    -Diabetes screening recommened to those at high risk conditions
    -Baseline sking test every three months to 3- years
    - Colorectal cancer screening at age 45
    -Get the necessary immunizations
  • Living your 50s

    Living your 50s
    • Have a good nutrition/ eat healthy -Keep yourself active with at least 30 to 60 minutes and exercise by jogging, biking, swimming, hiking, dancing and doing some weight lifiting -Keep track of your weight and mantain a stable and healthy one -Make sure to be getting a good amount of sleep -Reduce the amount of stress -Don't smoke -Take your physical (at least every 2 years), dental( 6-12 months), eye (every two years) exams
    - Do some screening for blood pressure, cholesterol, and diabetes
  • Living your 60s

    Living your 60s
    -Talk with your doctor about heatlh concerns
    -Stop smoking
    -Be aware and take care of your heart
    -Keep a healthy weight by watching the amount of portions your eat
    -Exercise at least 30 minutes
    -Eat the protions of fruits, vegetables, fiber, whole grains, non-fat dairy products, meats and oriteubs
    -Take exams for bone density (at 60-65 years), colonoscopy (every 10 years), dental (every 6 months), vision( every year), blood glucoses (every 3 years), skin, Thyroid (every 5 years)
