The date of this book is not known, but is speculated to be written between the years 50 -110AD. Many scholars believe Jude was written before the fall of Jerusalem. I believe that Jude is the author of this book since the book itself states that. So this book would need to be written before the fall of Jerusalem and before Jude's death. This leads me to believe that the book was written in 62AD. -

The date for when this book was written is unclear. We do know that Peter was speaking to believers that where disbursed by persecution. This leads me to believe that 1 Peter was written in 64AD during the roman fires and persecution by Nero. -
