Roosevelt who served four terms. The majority of people believed that he had too much power, so they had to prevent this from ever happening ever again.

    The 24th amendment got rid of poll taxes to allow more people to vote. This was created to combat the Jim Crow laws and end racism and segregation in the southern states who had Jim Crow laws.
