A man called "Alexander Grahen Bell" invented the first telephone. He was also the first one to try to call someone.It was the first successful telephone transmission of clear speech using a liquid transmitter when Alexander talked in his telephone “Mr. Watson, come here, I want to see you.” and Watson heard each word distinctly. -
Bell Telephone Company
The Bell Telephone Company was formed by Gardiner Hubbard. By the end of 1877 there were three thousand telephones in service. -
