Getting His PHD
After completion of his master's degree at Harvard, Kuhn pursued his doctorate with a thesis of "The cohesive Energy of Monovalent Metals as a Function of the Atomic Quantum Defects." Shortly after Kuhn was elected to the Society of Fellows at Harvard. -
The Structure of Scientific Revolutions
Kuhn developed a cycle called The Kuhn Cycle. The Kuhn cycle includes Normal science, model drift, model crisis, model revolution, Paradigm change, and circling back to Normal science. This cycle describes the development and change of every scientific theory or model an example would be the paradigm shift from the geocentric model to the heliocentric model.

Death
Thomas Kuhn died on June 17th, 1996at the age of 73 due to battling cancer and other illnesses in his bronchial tubes and throat.
