The Connecticut Compromise
Walliam Paterson propses the Jershey Plan, where each state is represented by more people, the larger their population is. To give smaller states equal representation, Roger Sherman called for a Senate with two senators per state. -
The Signing
The Constitution is signed by the 33 delegates, and now must be ratified by 9 out of the 13 states. -
Figting the Anti-Federalists
The Federalists, who support the Constitution, write multiple essays, rallies, and speechs about the constitution, getting more and more states to ratify it. -
Ratification
New Hampshire is the 9th state to ratify the Constitution. The UNited States of America is now a representative democracy.
