Last Colony Founded
In 1773, Georgia, the last colony, was founded by James Edward Oglethorpe. -
Second Boston Tea Party
A second Boston Tea Party was held on the British ship Fortune as 60 Bostonians dumped almost 30 more chests of tea into the harbor. This led to other tea dumping in other colonies. -
