Stephen Toulmin is born in London. Stephen Toulmin was an English philosopher and educator. He conducted research into ethics, moral reasoning and developed the way to analyze arguments, known as the Toulmin model. Toulmin wanted to bring philosophy back from the scientific logic to the human conditions. Toulmin is best known for his model for arguments.
