The Apollo program was created by NASA, their goal was to land on the moon. -
Apollo 11
Apollo was the name of the Moon landing program by NASA. Apollo 11 made it onto the Moon and back. The first humans to walk on the Moon were Neil Armstrong and Buzz Aldrin. After this America had "won" the space race. -
