    This act was made to assist the First Nations to help them with regulations to help protect the enviornment from waste from resources.

    This act was created to lessen the amount of water pollution that is being created due to certain human activities.

    This act was put into place to be abel to study wildlife and create National Wildlife Areas to protect the animals and plants.

  • Species At Risk Act

    This act was created to protect species at risk, maintain healthy ecosystems and preserve Canada's natural heritage.

  • Antarcitc Environmental Protection Act

    This act was put into place to protect the Antarctic from potential negative environmental effects as a result of Canadian activites in the region.

    These laws were made so that we could become a sustainable country and use our resources wisely so that the future generations could use our land as well.

    This act was made to enforce nine seperate areas of laws concerning the environment to make sure the regulations of each were being followed.

    This act was made to assess how well we were doing with acts that were made in the past. This allowed the government to make changes to the laws that were already made.
